Julu Road is a street across Huangpu District and Jing'an District in Shanghai. It is 2290 meters in length and 9.5 to 17 meters in width.

Julu Road, formerly known as Rue Ratard, was built in 1907 by the Board of Directors of the French Concession in Shanghai. At that time, it was a kind of cross-border road construction, named after the French Consul in Shanghai. 1943 renamed Julu Road.It was traditionally a residential area along the road. There are many excellent historical buildings along the road.
